Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or damaged, please provide a photo or video proof within 30 days of receipt. Once your claim is validated, we will issue a refund without requiring the return of the item.

Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind, Not as Expected)
If you wish to return an item that isn’t faulty, contact us within 30 days of receipt. A full refund will be provided once we receive the returned item in its original condition and packaging. Note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility in these cases.

Exchanges
Items eligible for exchange must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and tags.

Sale Items
Sale items are subject to the same return policy as regularly priced items.

Return Process

Initiate Return
Contact our customer service at support@jarmall.shop. Include a detailed reason for the return along with any photos or videos.

Approval
If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping
Return the item to the address provided. Please share the tracking information with us to ensure the package is monitored. We are not liable for lost returns.

Condition of Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition received, with all tags and in original packaging. We cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
